Browse my selection below of installation instructions if you are having trouble with your digital planners and stickers. If none of the information resolves the problem, please reach out to me via email at jessica@inkboggle.com and I will be happy to help!
Please note: If you have purchased a digital planner, it requires you to also download a pdf annotation app in order to work. There are many options for apps, depending on your device. Goodnotes is the most popular, however it is only available for iOS users and is not free.

    • Access the link in your email to open the Download Instructions pdf.

    • Click DOWNLOAD to access the planner documents you purchased. Save the document to your device.

    • Open Goodnotes app, click “+” or “New..”

    • Click “Import”

    or

    • Select “Downloads” on your device (or whichever file you saved the planner pdf in) and right-click the planner document. Choose “Open with” or “Share” and then click on Goodnotes app.

    • Access the link in your email to open the Download Instructions pdf.

    • Click DOWNLOAD to access the planner documents you purchased. Save the document to your device.

    • Open your chosen app, select “Import Document” .

    or

    • Select “Downloads” on your device (or whichever file you saved the planner pdf in) and right-click the planner document. Choose “Open with” or “Share” and then click on your chosen app.

    • Click the Goodnotes file (.goodnotes) in Google Drive (do not unzip)

    • Click “Open in” and choose “Goodnotes”

    • Select “Import as a new document”

    or

    • Click the Goodnotes file (.goodnotes) in Google Drive (do not unzip) and click “Download”

    • Open Goonotes app and select the “+/New”

    • Click Import and choose the file from your downloads

    • Click the zip file (.zip)

    • Unzip to access all png files to import into your app
